Job Context:
The Asst. Manager / Manager of HR, Admin & Compliance is responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources, administrative functions, and compliance-related activities within the factory. This includes managing employee welfare, statutory compliance, administrative support and ensuring adherence to law and regulations applicable to spinning mill industry. The role demands collaboration with multiple department departments to promote a healthy environment while ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a vacant list everyday analyzing attendance, payroll administration, Employees separation and joining status for workers, non-management.
Communicate to superior to fulfill the needs for production, HR & Compliance requirements.
Maintain records of HR & Compliance related issues.
Monitor all social compliance issues of the facility.
Prepare internal audit schedule plan and conduct internal audit in full factory as per Bangladesh labor law, buyer social COC and other certification and audit standard and make reports regarding compliance operations and progress.
Prepare Management reports regarding compliance operations & progress.
Report violations of compliance or regulatory standards to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate or required.
Conduct WRAP/BSCI, SEDEX, ICS, HIGG, SLCP, RSC, Nirapon audit with different audit firm.
Follow up legal document/ certificate such as renewal of licenses.
Maintain and monitor all housekeeping issues and cleanliness.
Supervise and maintain all kind of security issues day to day basis.
Maintain all security as per C-TPAT requirement.
