Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan & Help to Achieve Sales Target (Internet /Data / IPTSP etc.)
∎ Responsible for Healthy Relationship with Customer.
∎ Maintain good communication with Customer and ensure Customer Requirements
∎ Should have current Market Trend and Information
∎ Work as Key Customer Account Manager for Corporate Houses and maintain consistent and regular communication through Phone /email /visit to existing and new prospective customers.
∎ Capacity to Convince, Negotiate and Close the Sales/Business deal Professionally.
∎ Prepare daily /weekly and Monthly sales report and submit to the HOD.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
