Should be able to make electrical designs of different types of Solar Solution

Job Context
A local solar energy company (Agent of German based Solar Energy company) is seeking suitably Asst. Manager- Corporate Sales & Project Development to aggressively sell, develop, manage and expand its range of solar projects and build long-term relationships with potential lead customers. This is a hands-on role which will encompass project development and management skills.
Job Responsibilities
Execute the company’s project activities, plans and procedures.
Attend daily to customers and follow-up to close leads.
Meet with key clients to understand business requirements & maintain excellent client relationship by providing all necessary support.
Establish project objectives by forecasting & developing annual project development plan & ensure the sales target is achieved both in value & volume.
Conduct market research on solar energy industry to find out current market needs of customers & take necessary initiatives support sales activates.
Find out the opportunities of Utility Scale Solar Power Plant
Find out industrial rooftop solar project Customers & visit the market frequently across the country.
Monitor and reports on market trends, potential projects and competitor activity.
Develop new opportunities like Solar Power Plant EPC and Solar Module Assembling plant.
Responsible to achieve the set target for sales & project development
Project site survey, preparing cost estimation and engineering design
Expert in AutoCAD, PVSyst and PVGIS Software
Bid Preparation
Follow-up Quotation with the Decision Makers of Prospective Customers
Must have corporate sales experience and good access to EPC companies and industries for Rooftop Solar Plant promotion
Maintaining liaison with government & financial institution like BPDB, SREDA, IDCOL, REB, DESA, DESCO, DPDC etc.
Have to work with international team and visit the Asian countries specially Bangladesh and India to design and develop new solar projects
Any other responsibility assigned by the management as per company requirement.
