  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: We are seeking an experienced professional to identify suitable land, conduct market analysis, and manage the land acquisition process. The role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and experience in land sourcing, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential land opportunities through field surveys, market research, and networking, while establishing strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and local stakeholders.

  • Verify and authenticate land ownership and documentation, including deeds (Dolil, Baya Deed), Khatians (CS, SA, RS, BS), Porcha, Mutation records, Dags, and survey reports.

  • Conduct comprehensive land assessments, feasibility studies, and market valuation analyses to determine suitability for acquisition.

  • Collaborate with the legal department to ensure compliance with applicable land laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with landowners to secure favorable agreements aligned with company objectives.

  • Ensure the accuracy of land records, including Dagh numbers, ownership history, boundaries, and survey alignment.

  • Manage post-acquisition communication and coordination with landowners to ensure smooth transition.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of land data, transactions, and related reports for management review.

  • Support management in due diligence processes, site visits, and other operational land-related activities.

  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department or senior management to support organizational goals.
