Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and control the day-to-day operations of the Production department and ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by each department
∎ Manage and maintain a work environment conducive to achieve high productivity, utilizing manpower, materials, and machines correctly & efficiently.
∎ Analyze and control the processes of production in line with strategies issued by the management
∎ Ensure operational guidelines, procedures and practices are followed
∎ Conduct motion & method study to improve the processes and direct and control.
∎ Direct and control the implementation of new technology and modern techniques to improve productivity and efficiency
∎ Ensure customer and worker safety requirements are met in workplace
∎ Monitor and ensure product quality meets the required standards and customers' requirements
∎ Ensure management of reporting production cost, maintenance, consumption, stock and inventory, headcount, quality, and safety for effective decision making by the management
∎ Monitor and ensure cost reduction by directing and implementing the reduction of all kinds of production wastage like - rejection, rework, wrong cutting, excess production, and excess working hour
∎ Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures for Production Department
∎ Monitor and manage floor discipline, identify training needs, and manage career development of subordinates
∎ Carry out any additional assignments delegated by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in Knit Garments Factory
∎ Applicant must have skill on team work, work under pressure along with positive attitude.
∎ 05 to 10 years' experience in RMG sector with minimum 5 years working experience in similar capacity.
∎ Goal oriented, good communication and collaborative skills, critical thinking and problem solving, leadership skills, positive and proactive approach to work, planning and organizational ability
∎ In depth knowledge on modern production tools & techniques, quality assurances system and experience in handling men, machines and materials on assembly line.
