Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Layout and Financial Analysis.
∎ Set the standard features for the proposed project.
∎ Meeting with the Landowners to get all the opinions / demands of Landowner.
∎ Finalize the features, sharing and financial benefits with the Landowner.
∎ Finalize the terms and conditions with the Landowner.
∎ Complete the signing of Deed of Agreement & Power of Attorney.
∎ Safeguard Organization's Interest in the JV Deal.
∎ Logistics support for CDA approval.
∎ Increase operational efficiency and quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
