Key Job Responsibilities

• Review the effectiveness of internal controls across all departments (knitting, dyeing, finishing, cutting, sewing).
• Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify manipulation, duplication and detection fraud
• Comply with company policy and standards, local laws.

Details Job responsibility

• Conduct physical inventory checks in store, knitting, dyeing, finishing, and FG store.
• Check sales, purchase, payment vouchers, Export & Import related bills and other financial documents.
• Analyze overconsumption, rejection, wastage, and abnormal loss reasons
• Verify attendance, overtime, and payroll accuracy.
• Cross-check worker benefits, leave records, and compliance with labor laws
• Monitor physically received goods, security gate in/out, material movement, finished goods dispatch.
• Identify operational and financial risks in garments operations.

     Reporting

• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Propose risk mitigation strategies and control enhancements.
• Report major issues directly to Head of Internal Audit / Top management
• Other assign duty by the top management.
