Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in group insurance or corporate client servicing within the life insurance industry.
Strong understanding of group life insurance products and claims processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
Manage end-to-end service operations of the Group Insurance Division, including the preparation of policy proposals, issuance of invoices, onboarding of corporate clients, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims processing and settlement.
Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely support, addressing queries, and ensuring a high level of service satisfaction.
Coordinate with underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams to ensure accurate pricing, proper risk assessment, and smooth claim settlements.
Monitor premium collections and reconciliations, and follow up on necessary disbursements (claims and other payments) in accordance with company policies.
Develop and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and improve policy persistency.
Prepare and present reports on policy status, client portfolios, sales, claim payments, and overall sales and service performance for management review.
