• Minimum 2 years of experience in group insurance or corporate client servicing within the life insurance industry.

• Strong understanding of group life insurance products and claims processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Manage end-to-end service operations of the Group Insurance Division, including the preparation of policy proposals, issuance of invoices, onboarding of corporate clients, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims processing and settlement.

• Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely support, addressing queries, and ensuring a high level of service satisfaction.

• Coordinate with underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams to ensure accurate pricing, proper risk assessment, and smooth claim settlements.

• Monitor premium collections and reconciliations, and follow up on necessary disbursements (claims and other payments) in accordance with company policies.

• Develop and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and improve policy persistency.

• Prepare and present reports on policy status, client portfolios, sales, claim payments, and overall sales and service performance for management review.
