Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement strategic corporate sales plans that align with the company’s long-term business growth objectives.
Lead and oversee the corporate sales function for Group Life and Health Insurance products to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Identify and establish long-term relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners to drive sales and service of Group Insurance.
Supervise, guide, and mentor the corporate sales team to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning and performance management.
Engage with prospective and existing corporate clients to strengthen business relationships, retain key accounts, and expand the customer base through tailored insurance solutions.
Monitor industry trends, evolving client needs, and competitor strategies to identify emerging business opportunities and guide portfolio expansion initiatives.
Oversee the development of client proposals, lead pricing and benefit discussions, and manage contract negotiations to close high-value deals in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
