At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in retail business or distribution management within the life insurance company.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets, agency development, digital channel management, expanding distribution networks, and driving sustainable business growth.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and motivate large sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive sustainable retail business growth in alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Lead and manage nationwide retail sales operations across all channels including agency, branches, digital platforms, and direct sales while expanding distribution networks, capturing new market opportunities, and building strategic partnerships.
- Develop and oversee sales campaigns, incentive programs, and business development initiatives to enhance productivity and achieve revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales leaders and teams, fostering a culture of professionalism, compliance, and ethical practices.
- Drive customer-centric initiatives to strengthen engagement, improve policy persistency, and support the development and promotion of innovative life insurance products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and maintain a competitive advantage.
