∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable to create demand for Medical Product Sales.
∎ Clear knowledge about our products and also competitors' product to capitalize the comparison.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in Medical Equipment (Diagnostic, OT & Critical Care Solution etc.). market.
∎ Regular KOL visit and set up meetings with potential Clients.
∎ Conduct market research to identify target customer and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Collect WO, contact with principle through appropriate channel. Clint visit rapidly to build strong communication with related stakeholders.
∎ Consistently deliver incredible customer service experiences by offering knowledge, advice, and answering questions and concerns.
∎ Appropriately advocate for customers and help define ways to continually add value to the customer experience.
∎ Follow up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are resolved and the customers are satisfied.
∎ Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.
∎ Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
∎ Responsible for sales team building, sales target achievement through the team's monitoring and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ Create new Medical customer and monitoring running corporate business of the company and tender process of different organization.
∎ Report operational achievements and progress on a regular basis including statistical analysis and improvement of action plan.
∎ Market assessments, sales trends analysis and product and sales movements to ensure development of a robust business plan and its implementation.
∎ Required to submit reports to the MD/COO and also discuss in any kind of business promotional cost/financial disbursement for achieving the goal.
∎ Make report on sales, forecast, product base market position, new product introduce and how to increase market in a position.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
∎ Identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities, developing customized targeted sales strategies
∎ Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
