Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall supply chain and procurement operations.
Evaluate and negotiate with local and international suppliers to ensure quality, price competitiveness, and reliability.
Manage local and import sourcing of garments accessories, paper, ribbon, adhesive sticker, chemicals, art card, packaging, and other materials.
Develop supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Ensure timely procurement and smooth supply of materials for production.
Supervise import procedures, shipment follow-up, and commercial documentation.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, warehouse, commercial, and finance teams.
Liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transport providers.
Monitor inventory and ensure cost-effective procurement.
Prepare procurement reports and maintain compliance with company policies.
Lead and supervise supply chain team activities.
Perform other responsibilities assigned by management.
