∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ To follow up all samples & developments in Knitting, Dyeing & Dyeing Finishing section.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knitting R & D:
∎ Must have depth knowledge in different knit fabrics and background in performing Knitting/ R&D department.
∎ Good knowledge on knitting yarn like- Cotton, CVC, Pc, cotton-polyester yarn.
∎ Should have experienced of special yarn & fabric development process, need follow up of Yarn Dyeing, All Over Print & Development Fancy Yarn follow up in-housed timely.
∎ Having good knowledge about Knit Fabric Finishing, Día & Shrinkage.
∎ To make record keeping for all Knitting R&D related issue (with Swatch) accordingly Job wise & Season wise.
∎ Need to know exceptional yarn & fabric development experience.
∎ To keep good relationship with interdepartmental personnel (i.e. Yarn Store, Dyeing & Finishing)
∎ Dyeing R & D:
∎ Good knowledge on knit dyeing, dyeing machine capacity, Cotton & Polyester dyeing, single jersey, Lycra jersey, terry, fleece rib dyeing.
∎ Sample fabric production planning between Knitting and Dyeing Sample Section.
∎ To follow up Parameters & follow up batching as per programmed·
∎ To find out MC wise productivity & efficiency·
∎ To find out Dyeing fault and solve the fault·
∎ On time dyeing & delivery of all samples.·
∎ Able to handle shade matching independently·
∎ To maintain coordination between Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing department.
