Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Summary:The Process Auditor (Wet Process) is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation related to the wet processing of textiles. This role requires in-depth knowledge of various dyeing processes, quality control measures, and the ability to analyze production data to enhance productivity and ensure fabric production quality meets buyer requirements.
∎ Key Responsibilities:·
∎ Compliance and Control:Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.·
∎ Technical Expertise:Possess strong knowledge of knit dyeing, dyeing machine capacity, and dyeing processes for Cotton & Polyester, single jersey, lycra jersey, terry, and fleece rib.Maintain expertise in all types of dyes and chemicals used in the production process.·
∎ Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze production data, including production volume, raw material consumption, and quality control measures to increase productivity.Produce reports on dyeing process variance and other analytical reports as required by management.Identify and list work gaps daily, discussing findings with team members for further development.·
∎ Process Management:Follow up on dyeing processes as per standard operating procedures (SOP).Ensure correct recipe formulation, color combination, and necessary adjustments are made.Work on reducing process inefficiencies and topping in the production line.·
∎ Quality Assurance:Ensure fabric production quality in terms of styling, measurement, shade, color, and other technical aspects are fully compliant with buyer requirements.·
∎ Risk Management:Identify and understand potential risk factors for bulk production.·
∎ Additional Responsibilities:Carry out any other tasks assigned by the management.Qualifications:Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering or Graduate from any discipline
