Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and organizing production schedule.
∎ Coordinate with Sewing team for smooth sewing line feeding & related job.
∎ Lead the team, supervise and train the junior colleagues/workers/Quality inspector & others
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Verify and adjustment of floor management through balancing of machine and skill operation.
∎ Ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
∎ Ensure the delivery of the products within the stipulated time frame through a proper production plan.
∎ Coordinate with concern department and follow up to reduce Non-Productive time.
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.
∎ Ensure smooth work flow by monitoring cut, input, output & packing figures.
∎ Achieving daily target and meeting production plan.
∎ Reduce and minimize defect rates to achieve contract quantities.
∎ Ensure output meets quality standards.
∎ Coordinate monthly sample review meeting.
∎ Prepare & update skill matrix.
∎ Facilitating QCC Team.
∎ Train workers with standard methods to develop skilled workforce.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality.
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have excellent people management skills.
