Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Formulate and execute aggressive sales strategies specifically targeting open-end spinning.
∎ Continuously monitor the market dynamics of open-end spinning. Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings to ensure our products meet the evolving demands of the market.
∎ Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the open-end spinning and rotor markets, including textile manufacturers and machinery distributors.
∎ Guide, mentor, and lead the sales and marketing team, ensuring a clear focus on achieving growth in the open-end spinning and rotor segments.
∎ Regularly monitor sales performance and provide detailed reports on sales.
∎ Engage with potential clients to close deals and secure long-term contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
∎ Oversee the sales and marketing budget for the open-end spinning and rotor divisions, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve maximum profitability and ROI.
