• Buildup a wide range of network and keep updating the prospective customer index.

•Maintain a good relationship with existing clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Market assessments, sales trends analysis and Land sales movements to ensure development of a robust business plan and its implementation.

• Responsible to meet the sales target with proper planning.

• Monitor and collect data about the activities of market competitors.

• Prepare reports on sales performance and market development opportunities for the Management.

• Oversee the planning, design, and development of land projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and zoning requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for real estate projects

• Generate leads and maintain strong client relationships

• Conduct property presentations and site visits

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Market research and competitor analysis

• Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM database
