Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, plan, and implement technical training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners and industry requirements.
∎ Oversee curriculum development, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with industry standards and innovations.
∎ Work with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and comprehensive coverage of technical topics.
∎ Evaluate and enhance existing training programs for continuous improvement.
∎ Lead and mentor the education and training teams, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
∎ Manage and allocate resources efficiently to support the success of all training programs.
∎ Ensure the team delivers training programs on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
∎ Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals, to ensure training programs align with market needs.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with training providers, vendors, and partners for the delivery of specialized content.
∎ Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and learner outcomes.
∎ Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve the quality and relevance of the training.
∎ Monitor and analyze training program data to identify areas for improvement and report on program performance.
∎ Develop a long-term strategy for the training department, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.
∎ Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology and education, integrating them into the training curriculum.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to promote technical training programs to potential clients and learners.
∎ Represent the organization at industry conferences, seminars, and events to showcase the training programs.
∎ Develop and manage the budget for the education and training department.
∎ Oversee cost control and ensure the financial sustainability of all training programs.
