Production activity
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the Shoe.
∎ Make Q.C inspection plan with production and material department.
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance/ Quality Control in the factory.
∎ Facilitate proactive solution by collecting and analyzing data.
∎ Setting Quality team and ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Able to work in Cross-Functional environment.
∎ Managing a team of people and is able to train and develop associates.
∎ Provide advice and suggest technical solution to vendors on new products development and coordinate with factory production team and marketing/ merchandising team.
∎ Propose/ Implement strategic improvements in quality process.
∎ Proactive, sincere, integrated and must willing
∎ Have to perform other duties & responsibilities as when assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge on Computer.
Salary: Negotiable
