Experience:

• 7 to 10 years

Graduation/B.Sc. in Textiles Eng. or relevant discipline

• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;

• Goal orientation, Leading people, Planning & Organizing, Information sharing & Transparency

• Strong technical knowledge in quality system.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame

• Good inter-personal & communication skills.

• Quality planning, develop, implement & maintain quality control & assurance procedures in process to meet customer requirements.

• Conduct Risk assessment & pre-production meeting to set necessary preventive & corrective measures to assure quality in process.

• Monitor in-line, mid-line & final stage of operation to ensure consistent quality of products.

• Review, evaluation of first out put product to ensure right quality & productivity.

• Setup, train and monitor the QC, QI, and ensure the quality garments to reflect the customers’ requirements.

• Identify root cause of quality failure & implement corrective & preventive measures.

• Liaise with buyer QA/technical representative regarding quality requirements & feedback.

• Involve in fit sessions with garment technologist and key accounts to ensure fitness of garments.

• Monitor cutting printing/embroidery, sewing, finishing section for on time shipment.

• Follow up of the quality related report.

• Organize performance and capability wise men power lay-out to ensure right people in right jobs.

• Assign task & evaluate team performance to measure individual skill & operational performance according to company KPI.

• Promote a culture on Quality & accountability.

• Follow up the internal pre-final and final audit and take action if required as well as carry out in-line, pre-final and final inspection considering the shipment date and documenting the outcomes.

• Collaborative wok with production , IE, & technical team to continual improvement of quality & efficiency.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
