∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged), Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take the lead of the analysis team of QC Lab and monitor as well as develop them for better performance.
∎ Review and develop SOP for QC Lab operation in the light of ISO 17025.
∎ Validate different chemical analytical methods for basic parameters of Raw Materials (RM) and Finished Goods (FG).
∎ Enforce GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) as per ISO 17025 and the developed SOP throughout the Chemistry Lab.
∎ Perform calibration of instruments and equipments of the lab to get accurate analysis results.
∎ Conduct basic parameters (FFA, PoV, Assay analysis for Salts) analysis of Raw Material (RM).
∎ Conduct Goods basic parameters (Moisture, Fat, Ash, Protein, Acid Value, and Acid Insoluble Ash) analysis of Finished Goods (FG).
∎ Report non-compliance findings and recommend next step solutions to the Head of Quality on a timely manner.
∎ Review, verify, and summarize data collected from different sections of the production department.
∎ Conduct periodic internal Lab audits and Line Lab inspections.
∎ Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) to develop the skills of analysts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge about ISO 9001, FSMS, and HACCP for Food Industry.
∎ Knowledge on SAP/ERP systems and Lab related documentation.
∎ Proficient in word, excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Good analytical as well interpersonal communication ability.
∎ Leadership & Communication skills.
