Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have knowledge & experience about facility management, operations & customer dealing.
∎ Ability to sale facility management service to the existing customers with maintaining excellent relationship.
∎ Monitor facility management and its operations.
∎ Resolve customers' complaints.
∎ Ensue Revenue Collection against project management/facility management from service provided projects.
∎ Ensure maintenance support and solutions with proper knowledge of Support Staffs service, Heavy electrical equipment's system, Fire Protection and others system installed in a building.
∎ Attending and handling customers and owners’ association grievance related to Facility Management.
∎ Maintain proper communication with all the vendors, contractors, suppliers of the handed over projects regarding service contract.
∎ Any others task assigned by the management.
