Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive the production requirement and Making Production Plan of S.S & Rolling Mill as per Target of Production.
∎ Preparing Manpower Schedule as per sector & work volume and manpower setting accordingly.
∎ Supervising, Guiding & Monitoring of all Manpower under Production Section
∎ Checking all type of Wastage & Minimizing as lowest as possible.
∎ Insuring Quality of Products as per Specifications.
∎ Preparing Production Schedule weekly/Monthly/Yearly and Working accordingly.
∎ Maintaining Daily Work Schedule & Working accordingly.
∎ Maintaining Data Sheet daily & keeping record of all data specifically.
∎ Preparing List of all equipment under Production & Operation and Preparing Flow Chart of Production.
∎ Maintaining neat & clean of all Equipment, devices & Machinery under production Section.
∎ Minimizing of Consumables which are required for Production.
∎ Preparing List of all necessary Spare Parts & Insuring minimum stock at site which are required for Production.
∎ Preparing Requisition of Equipment, Devices, Tools, and Materials & Items which are needed for Production Works.
∎ Reporting of all information to the Reporting Line verbally & by written as per require.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Extrusion process of Heavy Industry.
∎ Must have mentality to work in Day and Night shift (12 hours shift) in alternate basis.
∎ Ability work under pressure.
