Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & ensure production target as per proper planning.
∎ Checking the accuracy and viability of the product specification.
∎ Ensure design, color & quality of the product as per CS & Buyer requirements.
∎ Ensure quality of products and involve a thorough checking and inspection of product prior to bulk production.
∎ Ensure materials availability and make requisition for necessary order placement for bulk.
∎ Ensure & reducing materials costs by maximizing production with minimum uses of raw materials.
∎ Approving all Sample, bulk color & all criteria as per the customer standard.
∎ Optimum utilization of manpower to achieve the production target.
∎ Drive the monthly production plan as per garments schedule, Printing order management and update on concerns accordingly.
∎ Ensure that all the deadlines/milestones of an order process are met as per commitment of CS team & buyer.
∎ Responsible for new sample developing, approving color & quality.
∎ Ensure 5S implement, creating visual management of own working area and production area.
∎ Capability to run production independently & smoothly.
∎ Lead safety, quality, and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who has no knowledge on paper printing operation; no need to apply.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about color management, artwork, Production Process, Scheduling, product quality.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge to operate ERP software.
∎ Ability to work for a long duration in the factory.
∎ Experiences in the similar field will be given extra advantage.
