∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall production & Management of a compliant Screen Printing Units.
∎ The candidate should have extensive knowledge of all types of knit/woven garments, printing, printing colors, and chemical uses, as well as an understanding of brand chemicals used in various current products ordered for the buyers.
∎ Manage the team to provide the best printing production output.
∎ Take the right initiative to use the materials, machines, and manpower efficiently.
∎ Increase profitability by finding cost savings and reducing chemical waste.
∎ To maintain the quality during mass production and manage rejects.
∎ Create and implement a production method to increase productivity and efficiency.
∎ To control all type of wastage and process loss as per management asking.
∎ Familiar with the modern printing machines and practical experience.
∎ Work with other departments to coordinate continuously regarding all tasks connected to printing.
∎ Developing and managing a strategic framework by driving an effective and efficient planning cycle and implementing the same to the fullest in production stage of Printing work as part of day to day workflow management.
∎ Any other task has given by the management from time to time.
∎ Have to ensure printing feedback as per demand of sewing line as well as desire delivery date of buyer.
∎ Involvement in pre-production meeting and to ensure that important point discussion to avoiding any type of incident of production time.
∎ Ensuring daily and monthly target VS achievement as per management demand base on factory capacity.
∎ Regular basis flow up with related supply chain department to achieve daily production and full fill the sewing line input target.
∎ Able to work under pressure and maintain all daily jobs in due time.
∎ Having capacity above 80 thousand pieces production per day.
