Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tax & VAT Auditor Job Description, Duties, and Responsibilities
∎ Tax Compliance-
∎ 1. To ensure the financial transactions are in compliance with the Tax laws
∎ 2. Responsible to legally minimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations
∎ 3. Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals and purpose partnering with country, regional and corporate finance, tax, legal business and operations terms
∎ 4. Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing works for the Group.
∎ 5. Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate and personnel income tax
∎ 6. Establish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management for the Group
∎ 7. Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support for the Group
∎ 8. Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters to the Group
∎ 9. Technically strong with solid knowledge and experience in Corporate tax compliance
∎ 10. Prior experience in tax strategy implementation, planning support and project management will be advantageous
∎ VAT Compliance-
∎ 1. To ensure the financial transactions are in compliance with the VAT regulations.
∎ 2. Preparation, validation and submission of monthly and quarterly VAT returns
∎ 3. Handle VAT reporting (payables and receivables). Ensure collections and payments are done in line with regulations
∎ 4. Prepare and manage all documents in line with VAT regulations and other related activities
∎ 5.. Technically strong with solid knowledge and experience in Corporate VAT compliance
∎ 6. Prior experience in VAT strategy implementation, planning support and project management will be advantageous
∎ Conduct day-to-day transactional processing and reporting, researching, analyzing and interpreting changing tax legislation on VAT & Taxation.
∎ Compile, verify, and analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and accounting statements so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making financial decisions. These reports include monthly VAT liabilities, VAT returns & Taxation regulatory reports and filings
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Requirements:
∎ Min 6 years' tax experience in Engineering or Construction firm/ public accounting firm and/ or MNC handling corporate Tax and VAT
Salary: Negotiable
