• A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management, project management, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in decision-making.
• Experience in infrastructure projects is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and coordinate engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with executives, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Monitor project performance, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and project updates for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, enhance quality, and reduce costs.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards across all projects.
• Assist with strategic business development efforts, including client proposals, contract negotiations, and partnerships.
