Responsibilities & Context:

Bashundhara Group – Cement Industry is inviting applications from dynamic, proactive, and technically sound civil engineering professionals for cement technical support roles to strengthen territory-based technical engagement and drive volume-led sales growth.

Selected candidates will be designated as Technical Territorial Manager (for BSc in Civil) or Technical Territorial Engineer (for Diploma in Civil) based on educational qualification and competency level.

Role Objective

To drive volume-led sales growth through strong technical engagement, project specification support, on-ground conversion, and stakeholder relationship management across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong communication & relationships with Govt./Non-Govt./Consultant Engineers

  • Identify running & upcoming projects and ensure product enlistment & consumption

  • Provide technical support to contractors, consultants & foreign clients

  • Coordinate with the Quality Control department for customer complaint resolution

  • Organize Engineers’ Meet, Mason Meet & technical events

  • Present product portfolio to institutional stakeholders

  • Track competitor activities and recommend improvement strategies

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve territory targets
