Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

B.Sc. in Architecture or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

A diploma in Architecture is also acceptable.

• Age At least 20 years

Additional Requirements:

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to guide and mentor junior architects and design teams.

Proficiency in creating 3D models and renderings to present design ideas to clients and stakeholders.

Self-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and MS Excel.

Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards, building codes, and construction methods.

Ability to create detailed, accurate, and professional drawings.

Excellent presentation and client communication skills.

Ability to lead, coordinate, and manage architectural projects and teams effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Experience Requirements:

1 to 2 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interior projects, working drawings, and renderings.

Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of RAJUK rules and DAP requirements is a plus.

Experience in large-scale projects or industrial/commercial design is preferred.

Portfolio Submission:

Applications must include a portfolio showcasing:3D renderings

Detailed working drawings, including interior designs and layouts.

• Lead and supervise the development of architectural and interior designs, from conceptualization to execution.

• Develop, present, and revise detailed architectural and interior working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and site plans.

• Oversee the creation of high-quality 2D and 3D architectural drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.

• Convert client concepts into professional drawings, ensuring the designs align with the client 

• Revise designs based on client feedback, project requirements, and local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

• Provide detailed specifications for construction and review project cost estimates, material selections, and budgeting.

• Supervise and guide a team of architects and 3D visualizers to produce photorealistic renderings using Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, 3ds Max, and Corona Renderer.

• Monitor project progress at construction sites to ensure design accuracy and resolve design or construction issues promptly.

• Coordinate with the project implementation team, site engineers, project managers, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Maintain organized documentation, including BOQs, project reports, and updated drawing logs.

• Stay updated with modern design trends, materials, finishes, and technologies, ensuring innovative and effective design solutions.

• Lead and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring all projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Foster effective communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
