Responsibilities & Context:
3D Rendering: Create photorealistic 3D renderings of interior designs based on sketches, blueprints, or CAD models.
Modeling: Develop and model interior elements like furniture, lighting, and decor using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Rhino.
Visualization: Produce detailed and realistic visualizations of interior spaces, including the use of materials, textures, and lighting.
Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers, architects, and other team members to ensure that the visual representations align with the project concept and specifications.
Presentation: Prepare and present renderings and animations for client reviews, incorporating feedback and making revisions when necessary.
Material Selection: Assist in selecting and visualizing materials, finishes, and color schemes for interior elements.
Animation: Create 3D walkthroughs and fly-through animations for more dynamic presentations.
Software Expertise: Use industry-standard design software to generate renderings and ensure all models are accurate and visually compelling
Detailing: Focus on fine details such as lighting effects, texture accuracy, and object placement to create realistic and appealing visualizations.
Time Management: Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
