• Age 20 to 26 years

1. Assist in the development of 2D and 3D architectural designs using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).

2. Collaborate with senior architects and design teams to create accurate drawings, models, and visualizations.

3. Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, and elevations for both residential and commercial projects.

4. Assist in creating and refining 3D models and renderings to communicate design concepts effectively.

5. Conduct site visits and assist in assessing the feasibility of design concepts and ensuring compliance with building codes.

6. Support the preparation of presentations, design proposals, and client meetings.

7. Help with drafting and detailing architectural elements, ensuring high-quality standards and attention to detail.

8. Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and software in architecture and construction.

9. Communicate effectively with other team members, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.

10. Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and managing project documentation.
