• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Advertising Agency, Software Company, Newspaper/Magazine, Hotel, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Share Brokerage/ Securities House, Interior Design, Club

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

• B. Arch from reputed public or private university (must be IAB affiliated) & should be member of IAB, RAJUK & CDA.

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Advertising Agency, Software Company, Newspaper/Magazine, Hotel, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Share Brokerage/ Securities House, Interior Design, Club

• Minimum 6 to 8 years for Architect & Minimum 10 to 15 years for Sr. Architect. Handing over at least 3 practical Contemporary buildings preferable.

• Good understanding of Building Construction Act 2025, 2007 & 1996; and good understanding of Special Construction Code for CDA.

• Highly capable to design coordinate with Local & International architectural Consultants. & with other Consultants i.e. Structure, MEP, Fire etc.

• Highly skilled in AutoCAD & Sketch up. Moderately good in Lumion/D5 or same type engine.

• Additional Requirements

• Must have experience working in ERP system will be added advantage

• Graphics Designing

• Interior Designing Detailing of Layout plans.

• Significant experience in tackling large-scale architectural issues for major construction projects or projects with highly complex systems is preferred.

• Substantial experience leading and managing designers, contractors, subcontractors, and/or vendors.

• Proven ability to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders and drive project/program outcomes.

• Strong knowledge of the Real Estate codes and standards.

Position Overview

The Senior Architect will lead architectural design and planning activities, ensure design quality, and coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and authorities to deliver projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from concept to execution

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and design specifications

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and authority requirements

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, Fire, landscape consultants, and contractors

• Oversee design quality, material selection, and construction detailing

• Review shop drawings, site progress, and ensure design intent is maintained

• Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and management meetings

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers

• Coordinate with project, construction, and sales teams to support project objectives

• Coordinate with various Consultants

• Ensure timely delivery of design milestones and documentation
