Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE/CE/CS) and Accounting and Information Systems (AIS) from any local or foreign reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configuration of SAP Business One to meet the requirements of the Company Business.
∎ Working on implementation projects, functionality enhancements to existing systems and upgrade projects.
∎ Analyzing the business processes and providing solutions using SAP B1 software.
∎ Requirements gathering and the identification and analysis of gaps between SAP Business One and the company current business processes.
∎ Consultation with the vendor on how to effectively manage the changes required when implementing SAP Business One.
∎ Working with the services delivery management team to continually improve our delivery processes from vendor.
∎ Gaining and maintaining a very high level of functional knowledge of SAP Business One and the ERP competitive landscape.
∎ Achievement of personal and team based utilization and commercial targets in line with our business strategy and vision.
∎ Clearly defining project scope with our clients and internal project stakeholders by relating the tasks required to the time taken to deliver results.
∎ Helping the support team in the resolution of escalated customer issues in a timely manner which meets our customer’s expectations.
∎ Designing and conducting master data migration from legacy systems into SAP Business One.
∎ Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of SAP Business One.
∎ Prepare well-structured presentations, large workshops, and training and client presentations.
∎ Responsible for business analysis, Inventory, HR and Payroll Software, KPI, PMS, ERP Software Management, support and maintenance for different business unit and branches which includes custom SAP and ERP Software.
∎ Develop SOP for after automation, create and enhance automation policies and procedures and update those periodically based on system design.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in an ERP implementation role, preferably with SAP Business One and HR and Payroll Management System, KPI, PMS.
∎ Project and time management skills with a successful and demonstrable track record
∎ Excellent written, spoken and listening communication skills
∎ A focus on being part of a highly motivated and professional team
∎ The ability to learn new ideas and skills with speed and confidence
∎ Self-motivation to work independently when required and driven to achieve success in the consultancy sector
