Job Context:
∎ Paragon Ceramic Industries Limited (PCIL) was registered on 12 June 2008 in Bangladesh, with commercial production end of 2010. PCIL Factory is located in Mirzapur, Gazipur Area, about 50 km from the Capital Dhaka City, where all the infrastructural facilities are available. Total Investment in the Company is over US$ 16.00 Million.
∎ PCIL is the manufacturer and exporter of High Definition Porcelain Tableware from Bangladesh, equipped with the most modern state-of-the- art and latest machinery from SKK, TAKASAGO -Japan, TCK-Taiwan, Modena, COTO-China, having about 1,600 highly skilled and motivated employees.
∎ Paragon Ceramic is equipped with the top-of- the-line Testing and Quality Control Laboratory facilities, own captive gas-based Power generation capacity, own water supply through Deep Tube well, and medical and sanitary facilities. PCIL is one of the MOST ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY Tableware Plant in the Region. The Factory is set up on about 10 Acres of land and has a total covered area of more than 20,000 sqm.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for branch operations and Fully dedicated for sales target and set the plan to achieve this.
∎ Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
∎ Leadership responsibility- Self Motivate, supervise, and monitor the Branch staff and be responsible for their functions, duties, and activities.
∎ Responsible for cash, Inventory and branch related documentation issues
∎ Follow up day to day Show Room operation related to all activities;
∎ Conducting market research and observe the Competitors development strategies.
∎ Deal with customers cordially and professionally, responding to their queries and Concerns.
∎ Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, entering figures into a computer software.
∎ Maintain showroom cleanliness, CCTV operation and safe environment inside and outside showroom, along with ensure compliance with company policies & procedures.
∎ Maintaining proper product display & advertisement merchandising of the showroom (inside and outside showroom).
∎ Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; finding solutions; making recommendations to management.
∎ Studying the features of all products on offer.
∎ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
∎ Live promotion at showroom.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are encouraging to apply.
