Job Context:
∎ Paragon Ceramic Industries Limited (PCIL) was registered on 12 June 2008 in Bangladesh, with commercial production end of 2010. PCIL Factory is located in Mirzapur, Gazipur Area, about 50 km from the Capital Dhaka City, where all the infrastructural facilities are available. Total Investment in the Company is over US$ 16.00 Million.
∎ PCIL is the manufacturer and exporter of High Definition Porcelain Tableware from Bangladesh, equipped with the most modern state-of-the- art and latest machinery from SKK, TAKASAGO -Japan, TCK-Taiwan, Modena, COTO-China, having about 1,600 highly skilled and motivated employees.
∎ Paragon Ceramic is equipped with the top-of- the-line Testing and Quality Control Laboratory facilities, own captive gas-based Power generation capacity, own water supply through Deep Tube well, and medical and sanitary facilities. PCIL is one of the MOST ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY Tableware Plant in the Region. The Factory is set up on about 10 Acres of land and has a total covered area of more than 20,000 sqm.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify prospective customers, lead generation, conversion and maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
∎ Active participation and decision making in Corporate/Domestic sales negotiation and order execution by management.
∎ Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and promotional new products and service.
∎ Ensure team sales activities by implementation of daily/weekly/quarterly/monthly action plan and evaluate with top management achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target.
∎ Active participation on material and production planning to deliver orders on-time.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity, customer leads through cold calling and Relationship Management-Act as key coordinator between customers and factory.
∎ Describe a product's features and benefits in a way understandable to the customer and Define, manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media also plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
∎ Developing Marketing plan for determination of optional Product Mix Pricing Strategy, Media Mix and Distribution Expansion by optimum allocation of resources.
∎ Team Building and removing obstacles for growth. Provide sales training, coaching, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills and develop the sales department by providing Training, leading and monitoring the team members.
∎ Taking necessary Initiatives for implementation of Sales Promotion and an evaluation report of the promotion. Analyzing sales trend, sales forecast and competitive price analysis report.
∎ Establish and maintain brand budgets. Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns.
∎ Repeat sales from existing customers and Penetrating potential market segment for market expansion & Create a strong data base of prospective customers and Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
∎ Meeting potential customers in the market and understanding their requirements and also execution & monitoring marketing strategies to achieve sales target
∎ Development sales volume and productivity in own territory by doing field study and market research (product, market & consumer survey) and analyzing the information.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all market competitor's pricings, sales and frequent field visit & develop relationship with our Retailer, Sales Representative and Marketing Executive.
∎ Regular follow-up of sales order and payment and Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.
∎ To share idea how to improve the sales with top management and other colleagues.
∎ Represents the company and provides support as needed at various trade shows and conventions. Have to liaison with the prominent personalities (Govt. & Non Govt.) of the country considering business need and create the best work group.
