Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of primary, secondary, and tertiary sales data and generating Sales & Collection related reports.
∎ Should provide Sales & Collection reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Should provide comparison and growth reports on sales and collection on a regular basis.
∎ Should provide Brand/SKU-wise sales comparison and growth reports on a regular basis.
∎ Customer/Dealer/Distributor/Retailer wise credit monitoring.
∎ Analyze sales data and stock data of all distributors and create segmentation of fast-moving and slow-moving items.
∎ Create order v/s delivery and posting in the inventory management software on a daily basis.
∎ Tracking trade offers, distributor receivables, distributor payables, and various inflows and outflows.
∎ Develop and implement all activities and plans for various sales promotions to achieve sales targets.
∎ Generate regular reports at regular intervals to the management in regard to priority areas.
∎ TA/DA and all bills checkup and processing and serve as a liaison with the sales team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
∎ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in MIS or a related field.
∎ Proficiency in database management systems, data analysis tools, and reporting software.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
∎ Proficiency in using software/systems, SAP, ERP, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
∎ Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
∎ Proactive approach and can-do attitude as well as good housekeeping.
Salary: Negotiable
