Responsibilities & Context:
Acquire training and development projects from both government and private sectors.
Possess strong knowledge and understanding of NGOs, SAT, NSDA, PKSF, government and ministry-based training, as well as foreign project activities
Build and maintain networks with ministries, NGOs, and strategic partners.
Draft, prepare, and submit high-quality project proposals.
Coordinate and monitor the internal execution of approved projects.
Attend external and internal meetings, representing the institute professionally.
Ensure timely project delivery, proper documentation, and reporting.
Explore and develop institutional partnerships for expanding opportunities.
