• JLPT N1 Level of proficiency in Japanese will get preference

• At least 3-5 years of experience teaching Japanese language

• Fluency in spoken and written Japanese and English

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of Japanese culture and business practices

• Experience developing and delivering language training programs

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Familiarity with language teaching software and technology

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Japanese language training programs for trainees as per NSDA/ BTEB syllabus

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to help trainees develop their Japanese language skills

• Create training materials and resources, including lesson plans, presentations, handouts, and assessments

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

• Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to trainees to help them improve their Japanese language skills

• Collaborate with other trainers and language experts to stay up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and materials

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to understand their needs and provide training solutions that meet their requirements

• Participate in the development of curriculum for technical education programs

• Must have an entrepreneurial mindset

• Perform other duties as assigned
