∎ BBA/ MBA in any discipline from any recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for increasing seller count on the marketplace.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing and development team to create an effective campaign that attracts sellers.
∎ Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sellers’ pipeline in accordance with targets for sellers.
∎ Create a relationship/maintain a seller relationship.
∎ Reach out to every seller that sign-up.
∎ Solicit sellers selling on other marketplaces/websites to join our marketplace
∎ Coordinate with sellers to identify sellers’ goals and objectives.
∎ Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic company’s goals
∎ Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities.
∎ Maintain current seller relationships and identify areas for potential seller growth.
∎ Contacting potential sellers to establish business relationships and meet with them through conferencing.
∎ Develop new areas to improve seller boarding.
∎ Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand our business.
∎ Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sellers’ numbers and profit goals.
∎ Have E- Commerce & F- Commerce customer database.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have 5 to 7 years work experience.
∎ About five years of proven sales experience in business or a related area
∎ Successful track record in B2B sales
∎ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
∎ Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines
∎ Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
∎ Be proactive, organized, and handle work in stressful and uncertain environments
Salary: Negotiable
