∎ MBA/Masters in any Business Discipline from University of Chittagong/ Chittagong Independent University/ Premier University, Chittagong/ East Delta University, Chittagong
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing lands for joint-venture and scrutinizing land documents.
∎ Conduct meetings with Land Owners.
∎ Convert leads into priority.
∎ Conduct accurate market surveys regarding the price of land.
∎ Negotiate with landowners regarding land price as appropriate.
∎ Vetting land documents from Govt. offices
∎ Procurement of big volume of land efficiently.
∎ Prepare feasibility report.
∎ Daily supervision of team members as a team leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Must have prior knowledge of purchasing land
∎ Should have enough knowledge on examining land papers
∎ Candidate should be Chattogram native
∎ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Efficient in deal closing.
∎ Should be presentable and good at PowerPoint presentation.
∎ Hard-working mindset and positive attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
