• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and completing tasks within a given time frames.

• Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all types of sewing machines to ensure smooth production and uninterrupted operations.

• Maintain detailed records of machine service, repair history, and preventive maintenance schedules.

• Stay updated on the latest sewing machine technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements when necessary.

• Diagnose technical problems quickly and implement effective solutions, ensuring machines meet production efficiency and safety standards.

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance machine life.

• Ensure compliance with safety rules, regulations, and organizational standards during all maintenance activities.

• Apply knowledge of different fabrics, sewing techniques, and machine adjustments to optimize performance and product quality.

• Coordinate with production teams to understand operational challenges and provide timely support.

• Train and guide junior technicians to build a capable maintenance team.

• Manage tasks effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines while remaining calm and composed in challenging situations.

• Communicate clearly with colleagues, supervisors, and production staff to maintain a collaborative work environment.
