Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science
∎ Degree or Additional Course in Industrial Engineering will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise with the planning team of parent garment factory to extract the order details and prepare the wash TNA accordingly.
∎ Map out the proper planning of production between both wet and dry departments by ensuring most optimal use of machine and manpower resources.
∎ Follow up and monitor pre-production activities including sample approvals.
∎ Forecast the manpower requirements in dry process and wet process departments and advise Plant-in-Charge for taking appropriate measures.
∎ Keep constant follow-up of daily production and productivity.
∎ Raise alarm to the management for any issue that may lead to an undesirable situation.
∎ Prepare the internal production and WIP reports.
∎ Prepare the production reports according to the format of various customers.
∎ Provide efficiency reports to the internal management.
∎ Analyze and report to management regarding availability of open capacity.
∎ Analyze and advise to sales team on the lead time of new and potential orders.
∎ Prepare the necessary documents for the management review meetings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
