• Installation and configuration: Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software, including operating systems, office 365 and applications.

• Network support and maintenance: Ensure the stable operation of local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) by performing daily maintenance and upgrades, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.

• Monitoring and troubleshooting: Continuously monitor network performance and stability, troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, and respond to system alerts.

• Technical documentation: Create and maintain documentation for network systems, Stocks, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

• Software Knowledge: Deep knowledge in garments ERP like Logic, SAP, Orale etc. Additional knowledge prefers in GPRO/ETS software.

• Training: Provide basic training to users on how to use network resources and software effectively.

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and configuration of servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and related IT infrastructure like CCTV and IP telephony systems.

• Network Management: Configure, deploy, and manage multi-vendor network devices, including Cisco switches and MikroTik routers, Unifi Firewall-Getaway etc.

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, user support and analytical skills.

·         Policy and Compliance: Developing, enforcing, and maintaining security, Antivirus (ESET, Sophos) policies, standards, and procedures in line with organizational, frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
