∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, ETE,IT
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,CISCO,MTCNA
∎ Training/Trade Course: MCSE,MCSD,MCP
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support across corporate office
∎ Installing and configuring in Windows, Linux, and MAC platforms.
∎ Customized solution provided to end users as and when required
∎ Experienced on LAN/MAN/WAN and OSI layer
∎ Experienced in TCP/IP protocol including the subnet of IPv4 & IPv6
∎ Maintain inventory of all hardware products and software licenses
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
∎ Manage disaster recovery process, endpoint security management, and ensure regular backup
∎ Should be experienced in network monitoring.
∎ Experience in Endpoint protection systems, NAS, File server, CCTV, DVR, NVR, PABX & IP Phone etc.
∎ Provide technical on-site support or via remote-access systems.
∎ Sound knowledge of Microsoft o365 platforms.
∎ Hands-on experience in Windows and Linux servers.
∎ Capable of Cisco/Mikrotik/Fortinet configuration such as NAT, DHCP, Layer-7, VLAN, Bridge, Tunnel, Firewall, PBR, Redundancy, Load Balancing, Bandwidth Shaping etc.

∎ Age 27 to 35 years
