∎ Bachelor/ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ MBA/ Masters in any discipline.

Job Context:
∎ 100% Export oriented soft toys manufacturer in Bangladesh.
∎ Workplace: Work at factory office.
∎ Job Location: 41/4 Razabo, Ghorashal, Polash, Narshingdi.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for making production plans/advance plans of the orders in consultation and coordination with marketing, merchandizing, production, and other relevant teams.
∎ Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
∎ SMV Calculation, waste reduction, Productivity increase, LEAN Technology, Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning etc.
∎ Plan and direct activities such as coordinating with other department heads as required.
∎ Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet the ultimate standard and initiate simplification in the overall production process.
∎ Ensure Proper line balancing & confirm daily line-wise production target by utilizing proper Method & Time Study.
∎ Discuss layout with all related HODs for any changes foreseen and finalize for every operation based on skill matrix.
∎ Provide correct skill set to perform the demands of business and customer.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with merchandising & marketing for order planning, Managing all the IE process.
∎ Preparing daily operation bulletin and line layout.
∎ Follows up time-study, capacity study and production study.
∎ Fixing & monitoring line score sheets by hourly output basis.
∎ Conduct time study and motion study and idle man, machine hours on daily basis.
∎ Prepare monthly projection & labor cost analysis.
∎ Ensure effective communication with the supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity.
∎ Execute and monitor the production planning process, including production order review, material shortage review, and inventory status.
∎ Follow up reproduction activities.
∎ And any other assignment has given by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Production planning.
∎ Good knowledge on Knit and Woven industrial Engineering (IE) related work.
∎ Able to make Production planning for Garments factory independently.
∎ Have to maintain overall production monitoring and delivery closing.
∎ Enthusiastic and hard working.
∎ Problem solving ability.
∎ Proactive.
∎ Self-Motivated.
∎ Computer literate. Specially MS-Word and MS-Excel.
