Multifabs Limited (100% export oriented Knit composite Factory). One of the leading Company of Bangladesh, which is reached by Amfori BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO-9001, ISO-1401, ISO-45001, GOTS, OCS etc. Certificates & many others CoC of Buyers. We are running 75 Sewing lines with 33 tons Knitting & 35 tons Dyeing capacity under the Green Environment by continuing the sustainability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the IE process in a knit garment’s factory.
• Reviewing production plan with capacity.
• Ensuring production target of the lines as per production plan.
• Ensuring line balancing as per layout.
• Ensuring time and motion study for all styles.
• Preparing SMV database for all styles.
• Ensuring optimum utilization of Man and Machine.
• Preparing weekly NPT report and ensuring possible NPT reduction.
• Reviewing operators' skill level (monthly) and ensuring corrective action along with the proposal of training for potential workers.
• To assess new recruited worker
• Develop and implement Lean management, KAIZEN, TPM, Six Sigma, and other tools for ensuring efficient production processes.
• Preparing reconciliation report for each of the orders.
• Preparing workers' assessment report (quarterly) to use the same for personal and organizational development or improvement.
• Ensuring combined production report of fabric, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, finishing and shipment.
• Ensuring effective communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity.
• Any other assignments at the discretion of management.
