Job Context:
∎ This position is based in Head Office of Auko-Tex Group.
∎ The persons will be required to successfully carry out the HR & Admin related functions. We are looking for a young energetic, dynamic, efficient person to fill up position. This position requires knowledge, Administration & human resource skills and serving attitudes to work under Director.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer of HR & Admin functions including hiring, transfer, termination and separation of all employees.
∎ Manage recruitment procedures with particular attention to advertising, screening of CVs, arranging written and oral interviews, reference checks, preparation of contracts, and induction of all new hires.
∎ Ensure effective administration of personnel records and files in line with current HR policy and best practices.
∎ Ensure legal compliance of staff through monitoring and implementation of HR Policy in accordance with Bangladesh Labor Law as well as company policies, regulations and guidelines.
∎ Administer performance management systems for all project staff including facilitation of yearly performance appraisal, provision of feedback and initiation of corrective actions.
∎ Develop/revise job description, formats and guidelines and process the yearly staff appraisal.
∎ Prepare all kinds of relevant policies which will be made under the guidance/directions of higher management.
∎ Prepare general official notice and circulate in consultation with appropriate authority.
∎ Prepare quarterly and annual HR & Admin progress reports for the Senior Management meetings and for reporting.
∎ Conduct Monthly General Meeting with company's improvement agendas.
∎ Arrange training, seminar, symposium and organizing different event management to develop employee skills and organizational culture.
∎ Contact to vendor for repairing & servicing (Office assets & electronic equipment).
∎ Ensure office assistant & cleaner service.
∎ Strengthening employee bonding & increase employee engagement levels by driving different.
∎ Handling complaints and settling disputes.
∎ Grievances handling.
∎ Conflict management.
∎ Innovative activities to improve the overall working environment.
∎ Arranging different employee engagement activities within and outside the premises.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Spoken and writing skills both in English and Bengali and sufficient computer knowledge.
∎ Knowledge on upcoming Business Trends for Sustainable Growth.
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision Independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.
∎ Sound Job Knowledge & Skillfulness.
∎ Management / Leadership Quality.
