Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop internal teams on Quality Management System (QMS) & implement it to meet the customer requirement.
∎ To coordinate with production, IE, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments.
∎ To ensure the quality assurance practices from sample stage to shipment.
∎ To analyze and evaluate all dimensions (Requirements for Quality System, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, technician, Quality Management System, overall impression, risk factors, supplier type) to establish effective dialogue and advise on creative, practical and sustainable solutions to customer.
∎ Plan, coordinate, and direct quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.
∎ To ensure that customers specifications are properly understood, if there is any ambiguity, you have to solve it to discuss with customers to meet the actual requirements.
∎ To ensure that AQL of company is properly maintained & exceeded.
∎ To attend PP meeting to find out required attachment quality control system according to style.
