∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in IPE/ Textile/ Honors or Masters (Having Science background) from reputed public or private university.
∎ At least 6/8 years of experience in Garments IE- Costing & Production Operation Bulletin & Thread Consumption function.
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in IPE/ Textile/ Honors or Masters (Having Science background) from reputed public or private university.
∎ At least 6/8 years of experience in Garments IE- Costing & Production Operation Bulletin & Thread Consumption function.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare SMV databank and update it regular basis.
∎ Analyze each style critically and check costing operation bulletin and production bulletin.
∎ Follow up and troubleshoot any sort of operation bulletin or layout related issue with floor concern.
∎ Coordinate with sample, maintenance, production, IE - work study team for any kind of process improvement.
∎ Find out cost effective, quality and productive method and lead to implement in floor.
∎ Identify the requirement of special machine, folder or attachment and let inform the concern dept.
∎ Attend risk assessment meeting of new style & discuss how to solve critical processes.
∎ Attend Pre-production meeting & write down technical comments.
∎ Do CM analysis if needed (Pre costing & Post costing).
∎ Take initiative to set SMV based on standard motions and make aware operators as well as floor IE on non value added motions in practice.
