Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the manpower setup as per Finishing Layout.
∎ Must having knowledge Style wise layout setting.
∎ Reduce waste of Accessories in finishing Section.
∎ To collect the buyer wise order sheet.
∎ Approval Trim card collection.
∎ Collect Buyer wise finishing approved sample.
∎ Ensure to start the production as per monthly production plan as per inspection
∎ schedule.
∎ Ensure the daily style wise target achievement to meet the shipment dates.
∎ Maintain Daily output sewing & finishing quality record.
∎ Maintain Daily output finishing & packing record.
∎ Maintain Daily finishing to packing style and PO wise report.
∎ Follow up hourly Iron production target, folding production target.
∎ Poly, Assort Group setting and blister wrapping.
∎ Packing list & sort list updating.
∎ Monthly shipment qty report updating.
∎ Inspection closing.
∎ Shipments controlling
∎ Carton complete, hourly record, daily target setting and goods closing
∎ PO wise closing.
∎ Carton stacking for inspection.
∎ Packing list maintain and updated (Assort + Solid) as per shipment quantity.
∎ Daily shipment Quality record keeping and reporting to management.
∎ Maintain sewing goods receipt as per Finishing PC.
∎ Finishing Layout Style wise Goods closing as per weekly inspection schedule.
∎ Maintain Good communication with Factory Merchandising Dept.
∎ And Planning Dept. to ensure inspection schedule and orderly sewing goods receipt and Finishing Accessories timely in housing for timely finishing and goods carton closing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age at least 35 to 45 years.
∎ At least 60-80 line handling.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Candidate must have good health.
